The main activity of the factory is the general overhaul and re-coiling of electric machines, repairing transformers and coils used in the transport industry as well as manufacturing parts and main parts like rotors, polar coils, rotor coils, collectors, etc.

Repairing Stators

The assembly of the coils, the iron core and the connections are completed on rotating jigs. Fixing the connections is carried out according to the requirements of the Client.  The  traditional  fixing  is

Repairing of Polar Coils, Manufacturing New Coils

New coils manufacturing is completed on modern machines. Pre-isolated wires are used when working on rotors or AC stators.

Manufacturing and Repairing Collectors

Collectors are manufactured up to 800 mm diameter of the running surface. The repair factory is equipped with the adequate heat-treating furnaces, presses up to 200 tons and running testers.

Repairing and Re-coiling Rotors

Re-coiling the rotor of main generators or traction motors in all cases either totally renewed or newly manufactured collectors are used. In case of necessity the Company is able to carry out the change of the axle or the plate-packs. Coiling of the rotors and bandaging them is performed with the application of the qualified isolation materials. Fixing the wires to the collector is done with TIG welding.



















Those originally fixed wires with tin welding on rotors are done with TIG welding. On rotors of AC motors hydrogen welding with silver welding material is applied. The Repair Factory is prepared for manufacturing brand new rotors as well.
